Materials
- Yarn: Worsted weight/10-ply(9 wpi) - 7 different colors of 200 yards each
- US Size: US 8 - 5mm; UK Old: UK 6; Metric Size: 4mm knitting needles
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
Instructions
- Choose the sequence of the colors for your blanket.
- Cast on 210 stitches in your first color.
- Row 1: Knit all stitches.
- Row 2: Knit 105 stitches, 3 stitches together for the next stitch, knit remaining stitches.
- Repeat the pattern for Rows 1 and 2 for a total of 30 rows for each color.
- At end of each 30 rows, switch to your next color and follow the previous instructions.
- Continue until all 7 colors are used, or until your blanket reaches the desired length.
- Bind off all stitches after the last row, cut the yarn leaving a 6-inch tail.
- Thread the tail through the tapestry needle and weave in all ends securely.
