Alpaca Two-Color Square Pattern

This pattern will guide you to create a two-color square using luxurious alpaca yarn. Perfect for cozy blankets or pillows.

Materials:

• Yarn: Alpaca Sport Weight (US 2; UK 10; Metric 3mm)
• Color A: 1 skein in Cream
• Color B: 1 skein in Grey
• Needles: US 4 (UK 8; Metric 3.5mm)
• Tapestry Needle

Instructions:

1. With Color A, cast on 25 stitches.
2. Knit 5 rows in garter stitch.
3. Switch to Color B.
4. Row 6: Knit 3, purl 19, knit 3.
5. Row 7: Knit all stitches.
6. Repeat Rows 6 and 7 until your work measures 4 inches.
7. Switch back to Color A.
