Asymmetric Knitted Tunic Pattern

Gauge:
18 stitches x 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
Pattern:
- Cast on 100 stitches.
- Work in stockinette stitch until piece measures 18 inches from the cast on edge.
- For the asymmetrical hem, on the next right side row, knit 70 stitches, then turn and purl back those 70 stitches.
- Continue working back and forth on these 70 stitches in stockinette stitch until this section measures 12 inches.
- Bind off all stitches.
- Attach yarn to the remaining 30 stitches on the left side of the tunic.
- Work in stockinette stitch on these 30 stitches until this section measures 8 inches.
- Bind off all stitches.
