Row 11: *K2tog, K1* repeat to end of row (4 sts).

Bind off.

Arms (Make 2)

Using yellow yarn, cast on 6 stitches.

Rows 1-8: Knit across all stitches.

Row 9: *K2tog, K1* repeat to end of row (4 sts).

Rows 10-16: Knit across all stitches.

Bind off.

Assembly

  1. Attach the ears to the top corners of the body using the tapestry needle and yellow yarn.
  2. Attach the arms to the sides of the body using the tapestry needle and yellow yarn.
  3. Stuff the body firmly with stuffing.
  4. Sew the bottom opening of the body closed using the tapestry needle and yellow yarn.

Orange Zip-up Jumper

Using orange yarn, cast on 40 stitches.

Row 1: *K2, P2* repeat to end of row.

Repeat row 1 for 4 inches.

Bind off in pattern.

Sew the jumper closed from the bottom to the armholes using the tapestry needle and orange yarn, leaving openings for the arms.

Green Skirt

Using green yarn, cast on 60 stitches.

Row 1: Knit across all stitches.

Row 2: Purl across all stitches.

Repeat rows 1-2 four more times.

Bind off.

Sew the skirt closed from the bottom to the waist using the tapestry needle and green yarn, leaving an opening for the body.

Finishing

  1. Attach the zipper to the front of the jumper using the crochet hook and orange yarn.
  2. Sew the jumper to the body, making sure the arms align with the armholes.
  3. Sew the skirt to the body, making sure the opening aligns with the bottom of the body.
