One size fits most
Cuff: Cast on 48 stitches. Join in the round, being careful not to twist. Work in 1x1 ribbing (k1, p1) for 1 inch.
Hand: Work cable pattern over the next 32 stitches for 3 inches. Cable pattern: Row 1: *C4F, k4; repeat from * to end. Row 2: Purl. Repeat these 2 rows for cable pattern.
Thumb opening: Slip the next 8 stitches onto a stitch holder. Cast on 4 stitches, then continue working in cable pattern over the remaining stitches for 2 inches.
Thumb: Transfer the 8 stitches from holder back onto needles. Pick up 3 stitches along the cast-on edge. Work in cable pattern for 1 inch. Bind off all stitches.
Finishing: Weave in ends and block to shape.
