Circular Knitted Poncho Pattern

Materials:

• Yarn: Super Bulky (Category 6) Yarn
• Needles: US 15 / 10mm circular knitting needles
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors

Gauge:

8 stitches and 12 rows = 4 inches in stocking stitch

Instructions:

1. Cast on 80 stitches using the long tail cast on method.
2. Join in the round, being careful not to twist the stitches.
3. Knit every round until the piece measures 20 inches from the cast on edge.
4. Next round: *Knit 2, Purl 2, repeat from * to the end of the round.
5. Continue in this rib pattern for 4 inches.
6. Bind off all stitches loosely in pattern.
7. Weave in ends using a tapestry needle.
