Coffee Cozy Pattern

Materials:

• Yarn: Worsted weight yarn in your choice of color (approximately 50g)
• Needles: US 8 / UK 6 / 5mm crochet hook

Gauge:

16 sts x 20 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch

Abbreviations:

• CO: Cast on
• K: Knit
• P: Purl
• St(s): Stitch(es)
• Rep: Repeat

Pattern:

1. CO 40 sts.
2. Work in stockinette stitch (K1 row, P1 row) for 4 inches.
3. Next row: Knit 6, place marker, knit 28, place marker, knit 6.
4. Continue in stockinette stitch, knitting the knits and purling the purls, and work even until piece measures 8 inches from CO edge.
