  1. Front:
    1. Cast on 94 (106, 118, 130, 142) sts.
    2. Work in stockinette stitch (K 1 row, P 1 row) for 2 inches (5 cm).
    3. Begin cable pattern:
      1. Row 1 (RS): K2, C6B, K12, C6B, K12, C6B, K12, C6B, K2.
      2. Row 2 (WS): P across.
      3. Row 3: K2, P12, K12, P12, K12, P12, K12, P2.
      4. Row 4: P across.
      5. Row 5: K2, C6F, K12, C6F, K12, C6F, K12, C6F, K2.
      6. Row 6: P across.
      7. Rep Rows 1-6 for cable pattern until work measures approximately 16 (17, 18, 19, 20) inches or 41 (43, 46, 48, 51) cm from cast on edge, ending with Row 4.
    4. Work in stockinette stitch for 6 (8, 10, 12, 14) inches or 15 (20, 25, 30, 35) cm, ending with a RS row.
  2. Back:
