Pattern: Cozy Cable Knit Sweater

Gauge:

Instructions:

Back:

1. Cast on 90 (100, 110, 120, 130) stitches.
2. Work in stockinette stitch until piece measures 12 (13, 14, 15, 16) inches.

4. Row 2: (P2, K2) across.
5. Row 3: (K2, P2) across.
6. Row 4: (P2, K2) across.
7. Repeat Rows 1-4 for cable pattern until piece measures desired length.

Front:

1. Follow instructions for Back until piece measures 8 (9, 10, 11, 12) inches.
2. Shape Neck: Row 1: K45 (50, 55, 60, 65), turn.
3. Row 2: Purl across.
4. Row 3: Knit across.
5. Row 4: Purl across.
6. Repeat Rows 3-4 until piece measures same length as Back.

Finishing:

1. Sew shoulder seams.
2. With right side facing, pick up stitches around neckline and work in ribbing pattern (K2, P2) for 2 inches.
3. Sew side and sleeve seams.
4. Weave in all ends.
5. Block the sweater to desired measurements.
