Crochet Cow Coasters Pattern

Materials:
- Yarn: Worsted weight yarn in black and white
- Hook: US H/8 (UK 6) (5 mm) crochet hook
- Scissors

Abbreviations:
- ch - chain
- sc - single crochet
- inc - increase
- dec - decrease
- sl st - slip stitch
Instructions:
Cow Face:
- With white yarn, ch 2.
- Round 1: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
- Round 2: Inc in each st around. (12)
- Round 3: *Sc 1, inc,* repeat around. (18)
- Fasten off and weave in ends.
Cow Ears (Make 2):
- With white yarn, ch 4.
- Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 2 ch. (3)
- Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc across. (3)
- Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Assembly:
- Sew the ears onto the top of the cow face.
- With black yarn, embroider eyes and mouth onto the cow face.
- Cow Legs (Make 4):
- With black yarn, ch 4.
- Round 1: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (6)
- Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
- Sew the legs onto the bottom of the cow face.
