Repeat row 2 for a total of 10 rows
Fasten off
Skirt:
Attach yarn to the last st of the foundation chain of the top
Round 1: Ch 2, dc in same st and each st around, join with a slip st to the top of the first dc (20 sts)
Rounds 2-5: Ch 2, dc in each st around, join with a slip st to the top of the first dc
Fasten off and weave in ends
Hat:
Round 1: Magic ring, 6 sc in ring, join with a slip st to first sc
Round 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in each st around, join with a slip st
