Row 1: *K2, P2* repeat to end of row.
Row 2: *K2, P2* repeat to end of row.
Repeat Rows 1 and 2: Continue repeating Rows 1 and 2 until the cowl measures approximately 8 inches (20cm) in height, ending with Row 2.
Tentacles:
For each tentacle, pick up and knit 10 stitches at the bottom edge of the cowl using double-pointed needles or a circular needle.
