High Neck Mohair Jumper Knitting Pattern

Materials
- Yarn: Mohair yarn, approximately 400g (Imperial size) / 14oz (Metric size)

Gauge
18 stitches and 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
Instructions
- Using long tail cast on, cast on 120 stitches.
- Join in the round, being careful not to twist the stitches. Place marker at beginning of round.
- Work in 2x2 ribbing (k2, p2) for 1 inch.
- Switch to stockinette stitch and knit every round until the body measures 15 inches from the cast on edge.
- Shape fluted sleeves: Increase 1 stitch at the beginning and end of every 4th round 6 times (132 stitches total).
- Continue knitting in stockinette stitch until the sleeve measures 18 inches from the underarm.
- Bind off loosely.
- Weave in all ends and block the jumper to shape.
