Round 1: With Color A, ch 36. Join with a slip stitch to form a ring. Be careful not to twist the chain.
Round 2: Ch 1, sc in each ch around. Join with a slip stitch to the first sc. (36 sc)
Rounds 3-10: Repeat Round 2 with different colors for each round. Cut yarn and fasten off at the end of each round.
Round 11: With Color A, ch 2 (counts as first dc), dc in each st around. Join with a slip stitch to the first dc. (36 dc)
Round 12: Ch 1, sc in each st around. Join with a slip stitch to the first sc. (36 sc)
Rounds 13-20: Repeat Rounds 11-12 with different colors for each round. Cut yarn and fasten off at the end of each round.
Repeat Rounds 3-20 three more times or until desired height is reached.
Handle: With Color A, ch 70. Join with a slip stitch to the opposite side of the bag. Ch 1, sc in each ch around. Join with a slip stitch to the first sc. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Repeat handle on the other side of the bag.
