Short Sleeved Top Pattern

This pattern is for a short sleeved top in five sizes. The design is perfect for a casual and stylish look.

Sizes

• Small: 32-34 inch bust
• Medium: 36-38 inch bust
• Large: 40-42 inch bust
• X-Large: 44-46 inch bust
• XX-Large: 48-50 inch bust

Materials

• Yarn: Light Worsted Weight Yarn (UK: Double Knitting, Metric: 8 ply)
• Needle Size: US 7 (4.5mm), UK 7, Metric 4.5mm

Gauge

20 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch

Pattern

1. Using long tail cast on, cast on 100 (110, 120, 130, 140) stitches.
2. Work in stockinette stitch for 10 (11, 12, 13, 14) inches.
3. Shape armholes by binding off 5 (6, 7, 8, 9) stitches at the beginning of the next 2 rows. Then decrease 1 stitch at each armhole edge every other row 3 times.
4. Continue in stockinette stitch until piece measures 18 (19, 20, 21, 22) inches from cast on edge.
5. Bind off all stitches.

Finishing

Sew side seams and weave in ends.
