Spring Breeze Jacket Pattern

Gauge:
20 stitches x 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
Instructions:
- Back Panel: Cast on 80 stitches. Work in stockinette stitch until piece measures 12 inches.
- Left Front Panel: Cast on 40 stitches. Work in stockinette stitch, decreasing 1 stitch at the beginning of every row until 30 stitches remain. Continue in stockinette stitch until piece measures 12 inches.
- Right Front Panel: Same as Left Front Panel, but reverse shaping.
- Sleeves (Make 2): Using double-pointed needles, cast on 40 stitches. Work in the round in stockinette stitch for 14 inches. Bind off.
- Assembly: Sew shoulder seams. Pick up stitches around armholes and work in rounds of single crochet. Sew side seams and sleeve seams.
- Edging: With crochet hook, work a row of single crochet around the entire jacket, adding buttonholes evenly spaced on right front panel.
- Finishing: Weave in all ends and block to measurements.
