Sushi Amigurumi Pattern

Materials:

• Yarn: Worsted weight yarn in white, black, pink, and green
• Hook: US G/6 (4.00mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
• Stuffing
• Yarn needle

Abbreviations:

• ch - chain
• sc - single crochet
• inc - increase
• dec - decrease
• sl st - slip stitch

Instructions:

1. Sushi Rice:

   Using white yarn, make a magic ring

   Round 1: 6 sc into the magic ring (6)

   Round 2: inc in each st around (12)

   Round 3: (sc, inc) around (18)

   Round 4-6: sc in each st around (18)

   Round 7: (sc, dec) around (12)

   Stuff with filling

   Round 8: dec around (6)

   Fasten off and sew closed

2. Salmon:

   Using pink yarn, make a magic ring

   Repeat rounds 1-8 of Sushi Rice

3. Seaweed:

   Using black yarn, ch 7

   Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook and across (6)

   Row 2: ch 1, turn, sc across (6)

   Fasten off

4. Cucumber:

   Using green yarn, make a magic ring

   Repeat rounds 1-8 of Sushi Rice

5. Assembly:

   Layer the salmon, cucumber, and seaweed on top of the sushi rice. Sew the edges together to form the sushi roll. Embellish with embroidered details if desired.
