Top Down Knitted Dress with Bobbles

Gauge:
18 stitches x 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
Pattern:
- Using a long-tail cast on, cast on 100 stitches.

- Knit in stockinette stitch for 4 inches.
- For the bobble pattern, knit 3 stitches, then make a bobble:
