32 stitches and 40 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch

Cast on 64 stitches in Color A.

Knit in the round in a 2x2 rib stitch pattern for 10 rounds.

Switch to stockinette stitch and knit for 40 rounds in Color A.

Heel Flap:

Row 1: (RS) *K1, slip 1 - repeat from * to end.

Row 2: (WS) Slip 1, purl to end.
