Rounds 11-20: Knit all stitches with the second color.
Rounds 21-30: Knit all stitches with the first color.

Work the heel flap over half of the total stitches. For example, if you have 64 stitches, work the heel flap over 32 stitches.
Row 1: *Slip 1 purlwise with yarn in back, purl 1; repeat from * to end.
Row 2: Slip 1 purlwise with yarn in front, knit to end.
Repeat these two rows until the heel flap measures approximately 2 inches, ending with a WS row.
Turning the Heel:
Follow a heel-turning technique of your choice, such as a classic heel turn or short rows.
Foot:
Resume knitting in the round with both colors, following the mountain pattern chart below:

Continue until the sock measures your desired length, ending after finishing a round with the first color.
Toes:
Decrease for the toe using a method of your choice until approximately 16 stitches remain. Graft the toe stitches together using Kitchener stitch.
Weave in all ends and block your socks to shape. Repeat the pattern to make the second sock.
Now you're ready to enjoy your cozy two-color mountain socks!
