# GALACTIC BOUNTY HUNTER (BOBA FETT) AMIGURUMI PATTERN

## DESCRIPTION
An intermediate crochet pattern to create a detailed bounty hunter figure. This pattern uses amigurumi techniques to create the iconic helmet, armour, and jetpack. The figure is constructed from the feet up in one piece, with arms and accessories attached separately.

## DIFFICULTY LEVEL
**Intermediate**
(Requires working in rounds, colour changes, sewing parts together, and surface embroidery).

## SIZE / DIMENSIONS
Height: Approximately 18–20 cm (depending on tension).

## MATERIALS
*   **Yarn:** Worsted Weight (UK: Aran).
    *   *Colours required:* Moss Green (Helmet/Chest), Light Grey (Flight suit), Mustard Yellow (Shoulders/Knee pads), Dark Brown (Belt), Black (Visor/Details), Russet Red (Trim/Gauntlets).
*   **Hook:** 3.5mm (US E-4).
*   **Stuffing:** High-quality polyester fibre fill.
*   **Weighted Beads:** Poly-pellets or metal washers (optional, for feet stability).
*   **Other:** Tapestry needle, stitch marker, dressmakers pins.

## TENSION (GAUGE)
Tension is not critical for this project, but stitches must be tight enough so that stuffing does not show through.
*Typical Amigurumi Tension:* 5 dc = 2.5 cm.

### CAPE
*Using Olive Green or Brown (Can be tattered/canvas looking).*

### HELMET DETAILS (The T-Visor)
*Using Black yarn.*
**Piece 1 (Horizontal strip):** Ch 16, dc in 2nd ch from hook and across. Fasten off.
**Piece 2 (Vertical strip):** Ch 8, dc in 2nd ch from hook and across. Fasten off.
*Sew Piece 1 around the forehead area of the helmet. Sew Piece 2 connecting the centre of Piece 1 down to the chin.*

### RANGEFINDER (Antenna)
*Using Grey.*
**Row 1:** Ch 5. Sl st in 2nd ch from hook and next 3 ch.
**Top Piece:** Ch 2, 2 dc in 2nd ch from hook.
*Sew the stick to the right side of the helmet and the small "blob" to the top of the stick. (Use fabric glue for stiffness if needed).*

## ASSEMBLY
1.  **Arms:** Sew arms to the body at Rnd 26 (just below the neck/helmet expansion).
2.  **Visor:** Sew the Black T-visor strips onto the face. Use Red yarn to embroider a thin line around the T-visor for the distinctive Mandalorian trim.
3.  **Jetpack:** Sew firmly to the back of the body.
4.  **Cape:** Attach the cape to the left shoulder, letting it drape over the left arm.
5.  **Belt:** Using Brown yarn, surface slip stitch or embroider pouches along the belt line (Rnd 19).
6.  **Finishing:** Weave in all loose ends.
