Preview images on every plan
Free plans now get a preview image alongside each drafted pattern, not just paid ones.
- AI-generated previews are inspiration rather than a photograph of the finished item — they show the shape and mood, not an exact make.
- Paid plans still get larger, more detailed images.

Crochet socks, tank tops, beanies and more
New pattern types filled some obvious gaps, with better recognition of the everyday words makers use.
- Added crochet socks, crochet beanies, simple crochet toys, knitted tank tops and a proper turtleneck pullover.
- Everyday wording such as beanie or hat, jumper or sweater, plushie or amigurumi now leads to the right starting point.
New ·
Gloves, vests and baby sweaters
Three new families of pattern, including proper sizing for little ones.
- Fingerless and full-finger knitted gloves, plus crochet fingerless gloves.
- Plain and cabled knitted vests.
- Baby and child pullovers sized 0–12 years, with button plackets for babies and machine-washable yarn guidance — instead of a shrunken adult pattern.
- Turtleneck and Nordic Fair Isle pullovers with construction guidance to match.

Machine knitting arrives
Machine knitting joined hand knitting and crochet as a craft you can generate patterns for.
- Machine patterns are written for the machine: carriage passes, row-counter checkpoints and tension dial settings rather than hand-knitting shorthand.
- Launched with hat, scarf and pullover patterns to build on.
- Dark mode also landed across the app, following your device setting or your own toggle.
