Materials:

Gauge:

14 sts x 10 rows = 4” in double crochet.

Instructions:

Top Section:

Chain 80.

Row 1: DC in 4th ch from hook and in each ch across. Turn.

Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first DC here and throughout), DC in next st and each st across. Turn.

Rows 3-40: Repeat Row 2.

Fasten off.

Sew the top section to create a tube, leaving openings for armholes.

Skirt:

Attach yarn to the bottom of the tube.

Round 1: Ch 3, DC evenly around. Join with a slip stitch.

Rounds 2-15: Repeat Round 1.

Waist Tie:

Chain 200. Fasten off. Weave through the waist section and tie in the back.

Collar:

Attach yarn to the neckline of the dress.

Row 1: Ch 1, sc evenly around the neckline. Join with a slip stitch.

Row 2: Ch 1, sc in each st around. Join with a slip stitch. Fasten off.
