Boho Pull String Bag Pattern

Materials:

• Yarn: Worsted weight yarn (UK Aran, Metric 10 ply)
• Needles: US 8 (UK 6, Metric 5mm) double-pointed needles
• Crochet hook: US H-8 (UK 6, Metric 5mm)
• Yarn needle
• Scissors

Gauge:

18 stitches x 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch

Instructions:

1. Using long-tail cast on method, cast on 60 stitches.
2. Divide the stitches evenly between 3 double-pointed needles (20 stitches on each needle) and join in the round, being careful not to twist the stitches.
3. Work in the round in knit 2, purl 2 ribbing for 8 inches.
4. Next round: Knit all stitches.
5. Continue knitting every round until the bag measures 12 inches from the cast-on edge.
6. Bind off all stitches knitwise.
7. With the crochet hook, make a chain long enough to weave through the eyelets created by the knit stitches at the top of the bag, leaving enough length for the drawstring.
