Instructions

1. Cast on 18 stitches
2. Row 1 (RS): K1, P1 to last stitch, K1
3. Row 2 (WS): P1, K1 to last stitch, P1
4. Repeat Rows 1-2 until the piece measures 19 inches from cast-on edge, ending with a WS row.
5. Twist the headband once before joining the ends to form a Möbius twist.
6. With the RS facing up, join the ends using the Kitchener stitch or preferred seaming method.
7. Weave in ends and block to measurements.
