Chain 10.
Row 1: hdc in 2nd ch from hook and across. (9 hdc)
Row 2: ch 1, turn. BLO hdc across. (9 hdc)
Repeat Row 2 until the piece measures approximately 20 inches, ending with an even-numbered row.
Join the edges of the piece with slip stitch to form a circle.
Top of Beanie:
