8. Change to blue yarn and knit 3 rounds.

10. Continue working in the round until sweater measures 15 inches from underarm.
11. Knit in knit 2, purl 2 ribbing for 2 inches.
12. Bind off loosely and weave in ends.
13. Transfer sleeve stitches back onto needles. Pick up and knit 3 stitches underarm. Knit in the round until sleeve measures 8 inches from underarm.
14. Knit in knit 2, purl 2 ribbing for 1 inch. Bind off and weave in ends.
