Pattern

  1. Back Panel: Cast on 90(100, 110, 120) stitches using single point needles.
  2. Work in Rib pattern for 20(22, 24, 26) rows.
  3. Divide for Sleeves: Place a marker after the 22(25, 28, 31) stitches, K to end, place another marker, K the next 22(25, 28, 31) stitches, P to end.
  4. Continue working in Rib pattern for 10 rows, slipping markers when you come to them.
  5. Next Row (RS): K to 1 stitch before first marker, M1, K1, slip marker, K to next marker, slip marker, K1, M1, K to end. (Increase made for sleeve)
  6. Repeat last row every 6th row 3 more times. 98(108, 118, 128) sts
  7. Work even until piece measures 14(15, 16, 17) inches from cast on edge, ending with a WS row.
  8. Shape Neck: Row 1 (RS): K to last 3 stitches, K2tog, K1.
  9. Row 2: Purl.
  10. Repeat these 2 rows 13(15, 17, 19) more times. 69(75, 81, 87) sts
  11. Work even until piece measures 22(23, 24, 25) inches from cast on edge.
  12. Next Row (RS): K27(29, 31, 33), join a 2nd ball of yarn and bind off center 15(17, 19, 21) sts for neck, K27(29, 31, 33).
  13. Working both sides at the same time, work even until piece measures same as Back to shoulders.
  14. Bind off. Sew shoulder seams.
  15. Pick up and knit 90(100, 110, 120) sts along Bottom edge using circular needles. Work in Rib pattern for 5 rows. Bind off.
  16. Front Panel: Work as for Back until Neck shaping, do not divide for sleeves. Continue in Rib pattern until piece measures same as Back to shoulders.
  17. Shape Neck: Row 1 (RS): K to last 3 stitches, K2tog, K1.
  18. Row 2: Purl.
  19. Repeat these 2 rows 6 more times. 69(75, 81, 87) sts
  20. Work even until piece measures same as Back to shoulders.
  21. Next Row (RS): K27(29, 31, 33), join a 2nd ball of yarn and bind off center 15(17, 19, 21) sts for neck, K27(29, 31, 33).
  22. Working both sides at the same time, work even until piece measures same as Back to shoulders.
  23. Bind off. Sew shoulder seams.
  24. Pick up and knit 90(100, 110, 120) sts along Bottom edge using circular needles. Work in Rib pattern for 5 rows. Bind off.
  25. Sleeves (make 2): Using single point needles, cast on 40(42, 44, 46) sts.
  26. Work in Rib pattern for 10 rows.
  27. Increase Row: K1, M1, K to last stitch, M1, K1.
  28. Work even in Rib pattern for 10 rows.
  29. Repeat the Increase Row followed by 10 rows even 6(7, 8, 9) more times. 55(59, 63, 67) sts
  30. Work even until sleeve measures 18 inches from cast on edge.
  31. Bind off.
  32. Finishing: Sew side and sleeve seams. Sew sleeves into armholes matching markers.
