Finished Look

Materials

Gauge

Assembly

1. Pin first: Place head on top of body (closed ends together). Pin muzzle centered on lower front of head. Pin ears to top of head, slightly angled outward. Pin four legs under body (two front, two back) so coyote stands. Pin tail to back of body, slightly upward. Pin belly patch to underside of body.
2. Sew: Using yarn tails and yarn needle, whip-stitch all pieces securely. Attach muzzle first, then embroider nose (small triangle or Y shape in black) and mouth (curved line) on muzzle. If not using safety eyes, embroider simple black eyes or French-knot eyes above muzzle.
3. Details: With black yarn, add 2–3 straight stitches inside each ear for definition if desired. Weave in all ends.

Finishing

• Steam lightly or shape with hands if needed.
• Check balance; add tiny extra stuffing through seams if legs wobble.
• Optional: Brush tail gently with a soft toothbrush for fluffier look.
