Notes

Pattern
- CO 72 sts, join in the round being careful not to twist.
- Work in K2, P2 ribbing until piece measures 9 inches.
- Decrease round: *K2, P2, K2, P2tog; rep from * to end. 54 sts remain.
- Next round: *K2, P2, K1, P2tog; rep from * to end. 36 sts remain.
- Next round: *K2, P2tog, K1, P1; rep from * to end. 24 sts remain.
- Next round: *K2tog, P1, K1; rep from * to end. 16 sts remain.
- Next round: *K2tog, P1; rep from * to end. 8 sts remain.
- Cut yarn, leaving a long tail. Thread tail through remaining sts, pull tight to close.
- Weave in ends and block if desired.
