Platypus Colorwork Yoke Sweater

Stockinette Stitch: 16 stitches x 22 rows = 4 inches / 10cm
Pattern
- Using US 7 / UK 7 / 4.5mm needles, cast on 108 (120, 132, 144) stitches. Join in the round, being careful not to twist.
- Work in K2, P2 ribbing for 2 inches.
- Change to US 9 / UK 5 / 5.5mm needles.
- Begin colorwork yoke chart, following the colorwork design with main color and contrasting color.
- Continue in stockinette stitch until work measures 7 (7.5, 8, 8.5) inches from the cast-on edge.
- Shape armholes by casting off 4 (5, 6, 7) stitches at the beginning of the next 2 rows.
- Continue working in stockinette stitch until armholes measure 8.5 (9, 9.5, 10) inches.
- Place sleeve stitches on hold and continue working the body.
- Work even until body measures 16 (17, 18, 19) inches in total.
- Join sleeves with body and continue working in the round.
- Work in K2, P2 ribbing for 2 inches.
- Bind off in pattern.
- Weave in all ends and block the sweater to measurements.
