# COZY KNIT-LOOK CHUNKY KIMONO CARDIGAN

A relaxed, oversized kimono-style cardigan worked in super chunky yarn with half double crochet for a beautiful knit-like texture. ## GAUGE

**10 hdc and 8 rows = 4 inches in half double crochet**

Gauge is important for proper fit. Take time to check your gauge and adjust hook size if necessary.

## NOTES

**Construction**: This cardigan is worked in five flat pieces (Back, Left Front, Right Front, and two Sleeves) which are seamed together. The kimono-style construction features no armhole shaping and straight, boxy pieces for a relaxed, oversized fit.

**Stitch Pattern**: The entire cardigan is worked in half double crochet, which creates a dense, knit-like fabric perfect for chunky yarn. The turning chain does NOT count as a stitch.
