Jumper Knitting Pattern

This jumper pattern is designed to fit the following measurements:
- Bust: 36 inches
- Waist: 32 inches
- Hips: 38 inches
- Sleeve Length: 22 inches
- Body Length: 24 inches

Materials:

• Yarn: Worsted weight yarn (UK: Aran weight, Metric: 10 ply)
• Needles: US 8 (UK Old 6, Metric 5mm) and US 6 (UK Old 8, Metric 4mm)
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors

Gauge:

20 stitches x 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch using US 8 needles.

Instructions:

1. Back Panel
   • Using US 8 needles, cast on 90 stitches.
   • Work in stockinette stitch until piece measures 14 inches.
   • Bind off all stitches.
2. Front Panel
   • Same as back panel.
3. Sleeves
   • Using US 6 needles, cast on 40 stitches.
   • Work in stockinette stitch for 3 inches.
   • Switch to US 8 needles and continue in stockinette stitch until sleeve measures 18 inches.
   • Bind off all stitches.
4. Assembly
   • Sew shoulder seams.
   • Sew side seams, leaving room for armholes.
   • Sew in sleeves.
5. Neckline
   • Pick up stitches around neckline.
   • Work in rib stitch for 1 inch.
   • Bind off all stitches.
6. Finishing
   • Weave in all loose ends.
   • Block the jumper to measurements.
