Gauge:

18 stitches x 24 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch

Instructions:

1. Back Panel:

Cast on 100 stitches. Work in stockinette stitch until piece measures 20 inches.

2. Front Panel (Same as Back Panel):

Cast on 40 stitches. Work in stockinette stitch increasing 1 stitch at each end every 6th row until you have 60 stitches. Work until sleeve measures 18 inches.

4. Neckline:

Transfer 20 stitches from each shoulder of the Front and Back Panels onto a stitch holder. Join the remaining stitches of the Front and Back Panels and work in ribbing stitch (K1, P1) for 4 inches. Bind off.

5. Assembly:

Sew the shoulder seams. Attach sleeves to the body. Sew side seams. Weave in all ends.

6. Finishing:

With crochet hook, single crochet around the neckline for a clean finish. Block the sweater to measurements.
